Rachel from Flashbay was extremely helpful in placing my order. She understood what I was asking for, was quick to respond with updates on quotes and revisions, and ensured that all products reached ahead of time. I would definitely reach out to her again for future projects.
Good communication; product arrived on time (in fact earlier than promised)
Excellent service and good feedback
A big shout-out to Maggie Flanagan, my Account Manager at Flashbay!
I had never ordered corporate merchandise before, so I spoke with several suppliers to compare both cost and quality. By far, Flashbay stood out from the rest.
Maggie was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was always quick to respond to my questions and made the experience seamless from start to finish.
One thing that really impressed me was that Flashbay was the only company that provided visual mock-ups showing exactly how the products would look with our company logo. Maggie also selected colours that perfectly complemented our corporate branding, which made it much easier to visualise the final product.
Once I placed the order, Maggie kept me updated every step of the way, right through to delivery. She also followed up to ensure I was completely satisfied with the products once they arrived.
I was absolutely delighted with the final result, and my team was equally impressed with the quality.
As an added bonus, Maggie provided a showcase featuring our company logo across Flashbay's product range. This gave me some fantastic ideas for future merchandise orders.
Thank you, Maggie, for your exceptional customer service and support. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Maggie and Flashbay to anyone looking for high-quality corporate merchandise and a truly outstanding customer experience.

The Communication responses to my…
The Communication responses to my questions about the product was almost instantly and there is a time difference of 3hrs. to consider. Once the pens and engraving were finalized Olivia followed up with the date the pens were shipped to the date, they arrived. Her knowledge and recommendations on the pens were very helpful for us to make our final decision. Also, the special box of pens that Olivia sent helped us to visually see what our options were. We ended up ordering 2 different pens as opposed to only one. I would rate Olivia's service and attention to our order as Excellent. We will definitely order your product again.
Great Quality. Great Service!
10/10 recommend Flashbay. We've just received our second order and are very happy.
We've always had issues trying to find a good branded pen supplier. The print quality was continuously low with every supplier we tried. So, when approaching Flashbay, we told them of our past experiences and they were great at putting us at ease and working with us every step of the way. Shout out the Theodore for his wonderful service! We now have a beautifully branded pen that looks great and stands out from the rest. Thank you so much.

I originally went on the website to look for an Australian company and Flashbay stood out. I called Flashbay and a young lady by the name of Maggie Flanagan answered. I immediately sensed that Flashbay was the right company I would be dealing with. I explained to Maggie what I had in mind and what I was looking for. Maggie was unbelievable, she was patient and immediately gave me advice and ideas for my granddaughters art. I made the decision to have the art on a notebook with a bamboo pen. I forwarded the art to Maggie and she kept in touch informing me with the progress. Maggies advice, completion and delivery of the notebooks 100% plus. Today 17th of April I received the notebooks and seeing the finished product, the packaging and express service was amazing. These days companies don’t have staff like Maggie, she is management material who knows her products inside out and has personality plus. I am so happy to have dealt with an Australian owned company and will recommend Flashbay to the community and Maggie I can’t thank you enough you are a gem ????
