Jayden was super helpful and having a NZ bank account was a big plus. The quality of my order is really good and I will certainly use Jayden again. I loved that he found my logo - mocked up everything i was interested in and send me samples of the items to look at. He kept me updated and was very professional to deal with.

Amazing

Amazing customer experience with Flashbay. After my enquiry, they sent samples so I could review the pen quality. Throughout the design-to-delivery process, I had a very helpful rep (Tom) who kept me updated and made sure I was happy with the design and finish. We’ve now received the pens, which we’ll be using to promote our brand at an Expo event—and we’re super happy with the end result! Would definitely recommend, and I’m likely to place another order in the future.
