I am so happy with my pen order and am extremely impressed with how everything was handled from my initial enquiry to the follow-up post delivery. Service has been quick and efficient, I was kept informed all through the process. I received samples of the 2 pens I was interested in within days. What I also liked is that I could order a small quantity. Perfect for my small business. Highly recommend Flashbay.

i googled this business and they won my trust
i googled this business, and as soon as i sent them enquiring for customising branded pens, i got a call from Maggie and requested them delivery within a short span before my event. The way Maggie handed and made my ordering and delivery so smooth, and personally made sure i received pens and i liked them. Post order follow up, timely delivery, professional attitude, they have won my trust as a new customer and i would be their regular for all branded items.

The Communication responses to my questions about the product was almost instantly and there is a time difference of 3hrs. to consider. Once the pens and engraving were finalized Olivia followed up with the date the pens were shipped to the date, they arrived. Her knowledge and recommendations on the pens were very helpful for us to make our final decision. Also, the special box of pens that Olivia sent helped us to visually see what our options were. We ended up ordering 2 different pens as opposed to only one. I would rate Olivia's service and attention to our order as Excellent. We will definitely order your product again.
