I am a brand new client for them, I was in a hurry to order before my holidays so I could receive the order on time. I talked to Nicholas who has answered every single questions and request I had for days until I ordered. Thanks to the order process I felt serene to order as I had the visual of what I was ordering, I knew how long it was going to take until I receive the items, I received an email to let me know each stage of the order so I didn't have to think or worry about anything.
